Role Overview: Looking to join a high-growth, fun company where you can have a huge impact? We are seeking a data-driven digital marketing leader to own the digital marketing funnel (paid and non-paid channels). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee the attraction of site traffic, the conversion of that traffic into leads, and co-own pipeline and business targets, collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound marketing plan, leveraging paid (e.g., PPC, display ads) and non-paid (e.g., SEO, content marketing) channels to drive customer acquisition.
  2. Budget Management: Allocate budgets across paid, owned, and earned media while optimizing for the best ROI.
  3. Content & SEO Oversight: Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized materials that rank and convert, while also ensuring an effective website presence to turn traffic into qualified leads.
  4. Campaign Management: Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social, remarketing, and affiliate efforts.
  5. Website Management: Manage corporate web properties to support objectives such as revenue growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  6. CRO Initiatives: Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve engagement and conversion metrics through testing landing pages, special promotions, and content placement.
  7. Analytics & Reporting: Set inbound lead goals, measure progress, and refine activities based on performance data. Analyze metrics like site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates to optimize marketing spend and lead generation.
  8. MarTech Optimization: Lead marketing operations efforts to enhance our tech stack, CRM (HubSpot), lead routing, and data enrichment processes.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and performance oversight.
  10. Vendor/Agency Management: Drive execution and results through agency and other contract vendors.

Success Metrics:

  • Pipeline Creation: Achieve key pipeline creation goals, acting as the North Star for marketing efforts.
  • Traffic & Engagement: Drive increased website traffic and enhance engagement/conversion rates.
  • Demand Funnel Efficiency: Optimize demand waterfall metrics, from leads to closed opportunities, tracking efficiency metrics like cost per acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing with a focus on inbound growth, including 3+ years in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage teams situated across different geographies, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta etc.).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing campaigns across various channels with measurable impact on business growth especially in the US market.
  • Leadership: Experience building and leading high-performance teams.

Compensation:

INR 50 Lakhs Per Annum - INR 80 Lakhs Per Annum base salary (based on experience), 10% variable paid quarterly
